These terms explain the basic rules for registering, participating, and submitting work to Entangle 2K26. Please read them before you register or upload a project.
Effective 28 August 2026Entering the challenge
By registering for or submitting to Entangle 2K26, you agree to these terms and the challenge instructions published on the website or supplied in the official brief.
Who may participate
You must be below 30 years old when you register, provide accurate registration details, and use only one registration per person. The organizers may request reasonable proof of eligibility.
Your work and permissions
Your submission must be your own work. You are responsible for having the right to use any third-party models, textures, audio, images, software, or other assets included in it, and for disclosing generative-AI use where requested.
Files and deadlines
Follow the required folder structure, file formats, size limits, and deadlines. A submission is received only after the website confirms that the upload completed. Late, incomplete, inaccessible, unsafe, or corrupted files may not be evaluated.
Evaluation and conduct
Submissions may be assessed on creative and technical criteria described in the brief. Decisions of the organizers and jury are final. Harassment, plagiarism, misrepresentation, attempts to disrupt the service, or other unfair conduct may result in removal.
You retain your work
You retain ownership of your original submission. By entering, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, reproduce, and display submitted material for judging, event communication, and promotion of Entangle 2K26, with appropriate creator credit where practical.
Operational changes
The organizers may reasonably update dates, instructions, technical requirements, or event arrangements and will communicate material changes through the website or registered email addresses. The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers are not responsible for losses caused by participant equipment, internet failure, third-party services, or events outside their reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve any concern directly and in good faith. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
